Gyrfalcon at the Boston Design Center,
South Boston, MA, 3/14/2002

So here's the Design Center, seen from the roof of the
parking garage across Drydock Ave. If we zoom in a bit,

you might pick up a dark spot on the ledge in the center of this image.
A little more zoom, and you can see

a bird-like blob on the ledge. Shooting through my spotting scope,

that blob turns into a Gyrfalcon. For more Gyrfalcon images,
